Ivan Lee Chron (1938 – 2017)

Ivan Lee Chron 78 of Marble Falls, formerly of Ralls, Texas, passed away June 12, 2017. He was born to Virgil and Nellie Chron, on Nov. 21, 1938. He married his high school sweetheart, Della Sue Robinson Chron, in 1957. Ivan joined the Navy at age 17. He loved to travel and went many places. He loved fishing and family time was his favorite. He loved to make people laugh and had a ton of stories to tell, he was the biggest cut up. He loved his Lord and was a member of South Park Baptist Church in Lubbock, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Della Sue Chron; son, Curtis Chron and wife, Helen Chron of San Marcos and daughter, Sheila Chron Marsh of Marble Falls, and a sister, Minnie Orm of Weatherford. He also leaves behind six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. No services are planned. Family request memorials be made to Wounded Warriors or the Heart Association.
